Support for the installation of solar panels in ALTUM. Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 103 of 11 February 2021 “Regulations on the support program for the renovation and energy efficiency improvement of single-apartment residential buildings”

Total funding – 3.66 million euros
Suitable – For families with dependent children who want to improve the energy efficiency of their home
1. Purchase of new electricity generation equipment (solar and wind power plants)
2. increasing energy efficiency:
– construction work in the enclosing structures of a residential building
– purchase, renovation, reconstruction or creation of engineering systems (e.g. heating and ventilation equipment)
– purchase and installation of new water heating equipment
– purchase and installation of a new thermal energy production facility
– other measures, if they are necessary simultaneously with any of the above measures to increase the energy efficiency of a residential building
Available types of support
- Warranty
- Technical assistance (only for families with at least 1 child or pregnant women)
- Grant (only for families with at least 1 child or pregnant women)
Maximum grant
- For the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures – 5,000 euros
- Solar and wind power plants – up to 4,000 euros
Grants do not add to each other – it is possible to receive one of the grants
Conditions for qualifying for state support for the installation of solar panels in ALTUM:
Beneficiary:
- natural person, who has property rights to real estate, which is a single-apartment house or a two-apartment house, confirmed in the Land Register, or
- natural persons, who are apartment owners of a two-apartment house divided into apartment properties, or co-owners of a single-apartment house or two-apartment house not divided into apartment properties, who have property rights to the real estate that includes the relevant residential house confirmed in the Land Register
Residential house:
According to the classification of structures:
- one-apartment houses (code 11100101; 11100102; 11100103)
- two-apartment house (code 11210101)
Residential house status:
Put into operation.
Economic activity:
No economic activity is carried out in the residential building.
Conditions for purchasing a new electricity generation facility:
- at least 80% of the electricity produced annually is used for the self-consumption needs of residents living in the residential building
- maximum support 4,000 euros
- may be installed on a residential building, on land or other adjacent structures
- a reduction in primary energy consumption of at least 20% is achieved (see: ALTUM calculation methodology)
Combining support with other support programs:
Can be combined with other support programs without receiving support for the same activities (costs).
Support for the installation of solar panels in ALTUM, documents to be submitted:
1) documents confirming electricity consumption for the last 12 months
2) a calculation confirming that a 20% primary energy reduction will be achieved during the project implementation (see: ALTUM calculation methodology)
3) an offer from the equipment dealer of these regulations, indicating the capacity of the technological equipment for microgeneration electricity production (nominal and set capacity of solar panels and inverter) and their annual average generated amount of electricity
4) an informative response from the electricity distribution system operator regarding the connection of the selected microgeneration electricity production facility to the existing electricity grid without network reconstruction or issued technical requirements for the connection of the microgeneration electricity production facility Other Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 103, paragraph 8 the specified documents that confirm the compliance of the residential building and the beneficiary with the conditions
